SEO data, sold honestly.
Dataloom serves website and SEO data over clean JSON APIs — traffic, rankings, and AI referrals for any website — billed per successful call with credits instead of subscriptions.
Most data vendors sell subscriptions with opaque quotas and pricing you only learn after a demo. Dataloom is the opposite bet: the catalogue is public, the credit cost of every endpoint is written next to it, and the billing model is small enough to verify by hand — credits in, successful calls out, receipts for each one.
The first product, the Website Insights API, profiles any website in one call. More SEO data products are in build and will ship under the same rules.
Four rules, no exceptions.
The price is on the page
Every endpoint lists its exact credit cost in the catalogue, the docs, and the console before you make a single call. No seat fees, no monthly minimums, no sales call to learn what a request costs.
Failed calls cost nothing
A 4xx validation error or an upstream 5xx bills 0 credits. You pay for data you received, not for attempts we made.
Every charge has a receipt
Each billed request is recorded with its request ID, endpoint, and credit cost. Usage, charges, and balances are visible in the console — line by line, not as a monthly lump.
Free is a real tier, not a trial
Every account gets 250 credits every month without a card. The playground runs without API keys and never bills anything — you can evaluate the data quality before writing a line of integration code.
Built in the open, documented first.
Dataloom runs on a dedicated API gateway with per-request metering, credit accounting, and traffic-source attribution. The documentation shows real request and response pairs with per-endpoint costs, each API carries a public changelog, and new endpoints are priced and documented before they go live.
This website, the customer console, and the API docs are built and operated by the same team — when something changes, it changes everywhere at once.
